Based on the above concepts, the following requirements are the company's established safety and health policies, and all colleagues must unanimously comply.

1.Comply with laws and regulations, and value commitments

Comply with the national occupational safety and health laws and regulations and the requirements of workers and other stakeholders. Provide safe and healthy working conditions to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for workers and other stakeholders.

2.Continuous improvement and risk control

Establish occupational safety and health management performance indicators, and continuously improve occupational safety and health performance through regular performance monitoring. Through the continuous identification and evaluation mechanism, the hazards and risks in the plant are identified and the impact of hazards and risks is minimized in accordance with the principle of control levels.

3.Strengthen training, health promotion

Enhance the awareness of safety and health through training, advocacy and communication, and take the initiative to care for the physical and mental health of employees, and promote the health and well-being of employees.

Fully grasp the workers’ occupational safety and health needs and plan, implement and improve the performance of the company’s occupational safety and health management system via the institutionalized and open consultation and participation mechanism of workers (and their representatives).
