In order to comply with ISO/IATF/VDA’s commitment to customer quality and the spirit of focusing on customer satisfaction MEKTEC Corporation regularly conducts satisfaction surveys on topics that customers care about, and distributes the satisfaction results to all levels of the Company for continuous improvement so as to meet customers’ expectations of MEKTEC Corporation .
